11. Returns and Hygiene

Because Afterloo products are personal hygiene products, additional hygiene considerations may apply to returned products.

Where legally permitted, products that have been sealed for health protection or hygiene reasons may not be eligible for a change-of-mind return once the relevant hygiene seal has been removed after delivery.

Where applicable, this does not affect your rights in relation to products that are faulty, damaged, unsafe or not as described.
